Aybüke Askan

He graduated from the Faculty of Law at Istanbul University. He is currently pursuing his academic studies as part of the postgraduate programme in the Department of Civil Law at the Institute of Social Sciences, Istanbul University.

His professional practice focuses primarily on the areas of property law, inheritance law and contract law. He specialises in particular in legal consultancy regarding disputes relating to immovable property, land registry and cadastral cases, the dissolution of co-ownership, the distribution of estates, the law of flat ownership, tenancy law, urban regeneration processes, and property purchase, sale and investment transactions. Furthermore, the firm provides comprehensive legal services covering the drafting and negotiation of contracts, as well as the resolution of disputes arising from them.
